The duplex is just steps away to the Key Largo Park with pools, water features, workout trail, tennis courts, basketball courts and pickleball courts. (Jacobs Aquatic Center/Key Largo Park).

Also 2 blocks away from 2 good restaurants and bars. (Sharkeys and Skippers). Pilot House and the Key Largo Fisheries are about a half a mile.

Owners family utilize the other side of the duplex from time to time and the 1st floor office the owners use frequently. The common areas are shared by the family also when staying there. The owner has a 43 foot catamaran docked at the dock.
