Old Florida Conch Houses with your own Private Beach on the Bay. Step back in time with two authentic conch houses with rustic charm. Bringing a boat? There is a mooring buoy to tie one end of your boat up to and the floating dock for the other end. We have a 12 foot row boat to bring you to and from your boat if it does not fit at the dock. Small Flats/Boat Dock, Bring your Boats, kayaks, paddle boards and enjoy the water.

Maximum 2 Adults and 2 Children.

DOGS - NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE $200. 3 DOGS MAXIMUM.

SERVICE DOGS: If bringing a service dog guest must answer the 2 following questions before reservation is accepted:

1) Whether the guest requires their service animal because of a disability?

2) What work or task the service animal has been trained to perform?

No more than 6 adults and 4 children at any give time on the property. If this number is exceeded guests will be asked to leave and no refund given. (Unless you have previously contracted a special event with the property manager).
